1. Tell Us What You Need
The process begins with an inquiry.

Our team reviews the request and discusses the requirements with the buyer to understand exactly what is needed.
2. Product & Price Confirmation
Once the requirements are established, we confirm product availability, specifications, quantity, packaging, and applicable pricing.
For larger or recurring orders, we can discuss supply schedules and other commercial arrangements according to the buyer’s requirements.
Before proceeding, both parties agree on the relevant product specifications, quantity, price, payment terms, packaging, and delivery or shipping arrangements.
3. Purchase & Sourcing
Once an order is confirmed, Wisdom Agrom begins the purchasing and sourcing process.
We work with our network of farmers, producers, and trusted suppliers to source the required agricultural commodities. Products are collected and consolidated according to the agreed order requirements.
Our purchasing process covers products such as cocoa beans, coffee, rubber, soya beans, bitter kola, white pepper, crayfish, snails, corn, and avocado.
4. Quality & Preparation
After products are sourced, they go through the appropriate preparation process before shipment.
Depending on the product, this may include:
Collection → Sorting → Quality checks → Cleaning/Preparation → Packaging → Storage → Final shipment preparation
We pay close attention to proper handling and packaging so that products are prepared according to agreed specifications and applicable export requirements.
5. Buyer Inspection & Verification
We believe international trade works best when buyers have confidence in what they are purchasing.
Where appropriate, buyers can arrange inspections or verification procedures before shipment.
International buyers are also welcome to visit Wisdom Agrom in Cameroon. A visit provides an opportunity to meet our team, discuss business requirements, see our operations, review products, and better understand our sourcing and export processes.
Visits can be arranged in advance with our team.
6. Export & Documentation
Once the order has been prepared and the necessary requirements have been completed, we coordinate the export process.
This includes working with relevant logistics, transportation, shipping, and other service providers to prepare the cargo for international shipment.
Our strategic access to Douala Port supports the movement of export cargo from Cameroon toward international destinations.
7. Shipment & Delivery
The prepared cargo is transported to the appropriate export point and coordinated for shipment according to the agreed arrangements.
We maintain communication with the buyer throughout the process so that relevant shipment information and updates can be shared.
